About Vopak Horizon FujairahSince 11 April 1996 Vopak Horizon Fujairah is a joint venture between the ENOC Group, Koninklijke Vopak NV (Royal Vopak, the Netherlands), the Government of Fujairah, Kuwait's Independent Petroleum Group and the Vitol Group. Vopak Horizon Fujairah operates the first independent onshore oil terminal outside the Arabian Gulf, in the Emirate of Fujairah - one of the world's largest bunkering centers. Vopak Horizon Fujairah, which has been awarded ISO-9002 certification, is designed to handle products including naphtha, gasoline, gas oil, jet fuel, kerosene, condensate, methanol, methyl tertiary butyl ether, fuel oil, and crude oil. The terminal can accept tankers of up to 175,000 d.w.t. Vopak Horizon Fujairah, designed to state-of the-art specifications, complies with the most stringent safety and environmental standards.
